I got your point. But, somehow, I feel that my fight with INS is not over yet.

And another issue arrises here. To apply for UCS I will have to wait for another 3 years which brings total waiting...

You are a quicky-lucky greencard holder. You don't feel it.
I have waited over 2 years to get it. I want uncondittional green card. That is a BIG DEAL for me.
