Just to follow up with this, my employer stated that I would fall into the 60 day grace period.

To answer another question asked - my I94 has an end date of March 2021

Hi there,

Wondered if someone could provide some clarity. There have been lay offs at my firm and unfortunately I'm one of the unlucky ones. As my L1 goes out of status after my last day next week...

Hi. Is there a way of applying for a US card before moving? I’ve got my new apartment lined up but the leasing manager has already told me that I can’t have any mail directed there before I move....

I had an L1A approved a couple of days ago. My experience was pretty good but maybe I was lucky in terms of timings as I had a 12.30 appointment and was done by 13.15

Stamped I-129S after L1A approval. Should I receive one?

I recently had my L1A approved at the US Embassy in London. My employer is asking me to send a copy of the stamped I-129S form but I didn't receive it from the VO when he said he had...
