Mine took 6 months and 3 weeks. I believe they are presently processing late Sept / early August 2017.

My agent informed me this week that the delay was in part due to a new 'chief-in-charge'. I've been waiting a little over 6 months. Apparently they are currently 'processing / committee reviewing'...
