I hear it's also very difficult for established autonomos with proof of sufficient regular income. I wonder why that...

It seems a gestor wants to charge around €130 for each tramite - as a family we need to process a number of papers . Thus the costs add up! Wondering if we can do the tramites ourselves - we speak...

How difficult is it in a large coastal town/city in Spain to secure a rental property for a small merchant business (for selling clothes, groceries etc), without a recibo de nomina or garantor...

Its interesting they feel that way. I presume your friends are living in Spain. The current Argentine government has a much more Spanish European flavour to it than the previous old school Latin...
