Rental property w/o a recibo de nomina/garantor
Hi
How difficult is it in a large coastal town/city in Spain to secure a rental property for a small merchant business (for selling clothes, groceries etc), without a recibo de nomina or garantor ? Virtually impossible? Same for a small department?
We have been told that in our case its best to set up as autonomos to get residencybut in doing so won't have a regular salary and we don't have any contacts with property or formal salaried work etc to back us up financially.

I hear it's also very difficult for established autonomos with proof of sufficient regular income. I wonder why that is.
With short term let's or let's in quieter locations it's the same scenario?
