I had my medical and although my hba1c was 70 the medmigration doctor said he wasn't concerned as it has come down from 103 2 years ago and had reduced from 78 in...

Yeah I'm also using Novorapid and Levemir which are both made by the Novo company so hopefully will both be covered. Will definitely be worth...

There's a chance I will be working in one of those areas and because of the diabetes I thought I may as well get one before they ask anyways .

Update.

I received an invitation to apply!(yeyyy). On the application it had medical (required) and I have therefore booked.

Really worried now as I feel this could be the thing that lets me...

I have actually trialled this for 2 weeks.

Pros- *super easy to just swipe the machine over your arm and see your bg( yes you still have to carry a machine)
*it shows 24 hour trends in your bgs...

I've done a course here in the UK whereby I inject anytime I eat anything ( even a bit of fruit) which has helped me reduce my hba1c. Due to the frequent injections I am required to test before...

Unfortunately we do not have proof of living together as my partner is actually in the British Army and has been in Germany for the past 2 years...

I'm new to this and have browsed a couple of other posts but can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for.

I'm thinking about( or more so hoping) to maybe move to Canada ASAP(Alberta)....
