yes it’s all owned by the UK company. Think of it like a tree the UK company sits at the top and the other companies all sit below it all over the world. All report back and are supported by the UK...

Not being thick but I am sure mine is just a piece of paper with the number on? I don't have a physical card like I have a UK National Insurance card (as an example)
