Thanks for the support and input.
On a side note. We own a pub with Holiday lets next door and have to deal with the odd Drunk. So drunks and stupid comments are water of a ducks back.

We know the Letting agent has a lot to do with and we would have to put a lot of trust in them.
To end up with 40% we would say was a result. We know the money would never make us...

We have a holiday Booked in a flat in Spain. We are in Spain for 5 weeks are plan was have a look round and also have a word with the company we are renting off. Will ask them about the Laws and see...

. The idea of just driving round here or there Spain France Norway any where. has an appeal to us.
If we rented a house/ flat out.in Spain The income would in theory give us spends for our travels....

Just done had a quick look at some places (Tyre Kicking) and was amazed. On some of the property's did not look like they they had been tidied up and the agents really need how to take photos.

Thanks for the replies. To give you a rough idea of areas of interest Tarifa and West of there. Typical small village in the Zafra area. Also are the areas in and around National Parks expensive?....

Yes Pip (The Dog) has a up to date passport. we have took her to Spain a few times. So its just like getting into Spain. If we cross a border they just scan Pip.

Thanks again. With us it may be a bit irrelevant as we would prob go back a few times any way Xmas and some time in summer for a few day.

Re the campervan. Been told there is a lot of confusion over this issue. If the car camper is road legal (MOT and all that) in the UK then its fine in Spain for a year...
