As far as I know you just have to fill out one for your dad. It shouldnt be a big deal that your dad is doing it and not you.

100 days total i submitted the rfe on may 26th and it has been 60 days since then btw texas is faster than california so you can count on the same or slower

we got an rfe and it was for more evidence of a relationship who knows what it can be. it is going to slow you down a bit. my advice to you is dont be in a hurry im past day 100 already

It has been 60 days since I sent in additional evidence...

It says on the Service Center Processing dates page that if it has been 60 days since I responded to the request for additional information that I need to call the National Customer Service Center. ...

I just called the national hotline they said that it is overdue if they are processing one month past your date. My processing date is April 7. So it is overdue if it shows they are processing May...

hmmm that sounds more like a guess to me. I think it has to do with how active the type of visa is because there is a pattern to how they change color

Has anyone ever used as a reason for not meeting fiance in past two year health concerns? That is have you ever said that you cant fly half way around the world because of your health.

Meeting waiver for I129f

Has anyone ever received a waiver for the requirement that you and your fiance have met in the past two years? I haven't been able to find any examples of this in here yet.
