The tax office - I have heard of dicharazione di successione (which I will also need to do) - but that seems to be about transferring property in to your name, but not monies? The nottaio did not...

No, I would not be using UK will, I am referring to Italian handwritten wills (olografico) vs formal Italian wills (publico)

They already have the olografico in place. They want Italian law.

I speak Italian. One of my parents is Italian and one is British.

The olografico wills are not old, and does not say they are British or that they want succession a la Brit. It is simple and just...

Another question.

Currently we have the olografico handwritten wills in place.
Do we need the more formal testamento publico? given I am a foreigner?

Another question - inheritance tax (I heard rumours they might be changing it) is 1 mill euro per person or per couple?

OK, so I can apply for codice fiscale from UK, as a British citizen - great.

No, one has to apply for citizenship first. But still unable to get an appointment at London office, using online system. I am about to give up, which is a shame.

I am asking on behalf of a relative in Italy, who has a UK drivers licence due to expire in a few months.

The relative was told (not sure where) but somewhere official, that they needed a letter...

Yes, I do read Italian. But just try to book, it simply does not release anything visible for me to book!! I will keep trying, as I gave up and decided to find another way around it.

No I am a UK citizen, born in UK.
My mother is Italian citizen, born in Italy, she lives there now, but did live in London previously and was registered with the Londra office.

She did not...

I have been trying to get an appointment for cittadinazza at the London Office,
for months. I just cannot see any appointments released when I go in to the portal and I have tried looking for ages....
