Congratulations on your approval! I received a notification that my visa was ready for collection no more than 3 days after my status changed to issued.
You should have yours in no time!

I think you should do. We were told our case was complete over the phone, and didn't get that confirmation email until a week later. Hopefully it was the same for you and you get an early date.

They usually start scheduling interviews at the end of the month. Our case was completed at the NVC on 31st August, but I missed the first batch of interview dates that were given out in early...

Yes, that's what we did! NVC accepts copies, just bring the original documents to the interview. :)

Congratulations on your case complete! It's been 5 weeks since we submitted all or documents to the NVC, hopefully there are no issues and we also get a case complete in the next few weeks.

Yes, it does seem to average at about that from what I have seen. Late summer seems feasible from your timeline.

Oh OK! From what I read on another forum, they only started transferring cases there in early 2016.

I think a lot of this process is down to luck, I've seen some cases approved...

I also got ahead of myself and ordered my police certificate already, our NOA1 for the I-130 was dated 14/12. Which service center was your petition sent to? Ours was forwarded to Texas...
