Heads up for people expecting package from DX

Heads up for people expecting package from DX
Just a quick heads up for those who have had their visa issued and are waiting for the delivery by DX.
My wife had her interview on 23/10 and the visa was issued online on 25/10. We then got an unassuming email on 27/10 saying the visa package was handed over to DX for delivery. We failed to pay much attention to this email and assumed we would get a text prior to delivery or at least another e-mail.....well no. On 30/10 my wife was home by blind chance and took delivery of said package (Train problems forced her back home). It turned out well in the end but just make sure to read that e-mail carefully as it has tracking info on it.

I got an email yesterday telling me that my documents had been delivered and signed for. Both of is were at work but our neighbours are pretty good at taking things for us and vice versa.
Got home from work expecting to have to chap their door to get my package and to thank them for signing for it only to open my own door to find it had been posted through the letterbox.

Thank you for the heads up. I've read some awful stories about so-called 'delivered' documents from DX, lately. I'm all registered and have paid for the home delivery service - I'll be locking myself in the house until I have it in my hand!
