Hi guys
I have submitted the DS-260, received confirmation with the next step of submitting documents to NVC. I have all the required documents. The URL link given gives email/scan/upload options for many case IDs apart from the "LND" option.
However it says if none of the options are applicable to my case then to mail to the NVC at Portsmouth, NH. I just wanted to check before I do this that this is correct for LND case numbers and wanted to check if there is an email/scan option for LND that I may have overlooked?
Any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks for your response.
I sent the I-130 to USCIS Field Office in London.
Many thanks.

If that's the case, then the NVC is not involved and you will take all the paperwork to your interview at the US Consular Service in London.
Can you please clarify something else... you say "I sent the I-130"... but you also say "I have submitted the DS-260"... and both can't be true at the same time. I'm going to guess that you meant to say your US citizen spouse submitted the I-130 to London.

Be glad you don't have to dasl with the NVC!
For the benefit of anyone reading whose I-130 was processed through the service centers in the USA, LND applicants can only send stuff to the NVC by mail, not email. Yes, even in 2017.

May I just ask (and I'm sorry to hijack), when it comes to sending supporting documents to the NVC, can I - the UKC - just scan and email the relevant pages of my passport, for example, to my husband for him to print and send? That counts as a 'photocopy', right? There's nothing special I need to be doing aside that (and bringing those relevant documents to the interview)?

I had to do a double-take when I first found that out. Even in 2017, indeed!
