Re: Off topic posts re QM2 removed from the B2 visa/cargo ship thread in the Imm. For

I notice the .com prices are about half of those on the uk site, which is annoying.
I'm not sure if I...

Re: B2 Visa for Cargo ship passenger travel

Yea, QM2 is around 1.8K to 2.0K GBP
The cargo ships base their price on a daily charge, which for a single/sole occupant is around £140 a day I believe
QM2 takes 7 days, the cargo ship takes 12,...

How much does it cost you for the return flight Jerseygirl?

I'm looking at return flights from Tampa to London and it's around £1091 for premium economy, or £2800 for Business (ouch)

Prices...

Re: B2 Visa for Cargo ship passenger travel

I did ponder that idea, but it seems like airlines don't like you doing it, whether that means they would block me from flying, I don't know, but I did hear some horror stories where they came after...

Re: B2 Visa for Cargo ship passenger travel

Re: B2 Visa for Cargo ship passenger travel

Oh no I meant, the Ocean liner (Queen mary 2), sorry, it's the only one that does regular Southampton to New York journeys
But in the winter months it seems to stop during Jan/Feb/March and I like...

The only...

Re: B2 Visa for Cargo ship passenger travel

Yea, I figured as much, thanks Noorah!

I won't be taking that risk, I have family I see once or twice a year in the USA and if something happened to them and I couldn't visit, it'd be soul...

Re: Visiting too often, or am I ok?

I'm still...

Re: Visiting too often, or am I ok?

Thanks Drunner, yea I don't plan to stay for more than 2-3 weeks at a time
I'm visiting Sarasota each time, so I try and stay in the winter months, as it's a bit like the UK's summer/spring time....

I'm British, so I visit under the VWP, but I wanted to check with you all whether I'm visiting too often, or if I'm ok.

I first visited the...
