definitely not giving up yet. As it happens his mum who lives in Canada works across from an office that offers legal advice about it so will see if she can go see them, she's off sick at the moment...

It must be advertised nationally (and not just on Job Bank - has to be other recruitment methods too). Can the employer not do that though? If he's happy to pay for...

his job would be classed as skilled but looking at the requirements of the lmia it says the job has to be advertised on job bank for at least 4 weeks prior to applying, I know the employer hasnt done...

He only scored a 6 on the ielts for writing so I don't think we can go down that route either 😥😥 I think we are out of options absolutely devastated 😥😥

I've looked at the fsw route his employer is will to do an lmia. I wasn't sure that we could go down this route tho as don't you have to have proof of funds?
