No I've given myself 5 years to find somewhere. I'll be visiting Valencia in October 2016 and Nerja next year. So have lots of time to find the right place. I'll also live/rent in Spain...

Babbel has some free tutorials. I used it for a month and them decided to pay for a years subscription. Spain's rtve channel is good, use a VPN like Hola to access it from UK.

I might go there next year when I visit Murcia. This October now going to Valencia and staying in Gandia will visit the La Safor area looks really interesting.

Thanks, yeah I'm still figuring that out! I have plans to visit Javea and Moraira when I can drive (I really need to learn). Happy to soak up information about the place. I went thru some small towns...

Really what a shame but I suppose the work needs doing, it's a cute little train route but very slow.

I think I'll clarify what I meant earlier and the options I've looking into.

Option A:
Buy a Holiday home and rent it out, stay there myself twice a year.
Using a Key holding company and pay...
