Depends where your coming from or going to. If your TV was under 18months old and you were going to/coming back from OZ, then I doubt you would have had a problem as ours worked fine. If it's another...

Moved back from Brisbane to UK. OSS is a company used by John Mason in Oz. I have no complaint against the packing, both companies were absolutely fine, you just have to be careful how much you spend...

Hi,

It was actually in the original box, with the original packaging, as it was less than 6 months old. The only thing they did was actually overpack it with more stuff to fill in any spare gaps,...

Moved back to the UK a few months ago from OZ, and have a problem with an insurance claim.

I used OSS as the shippers, and insured the major items, one being the TV.
