also with regards to working on an IEC does a company still have to offer an IMA? of is it sort of like an open work permit?

sorry for the amount of questions! so if we both had IEC's could we then apply for a PR or TWP or would it be easier to enter into the express entry pool?

hey, thanks for your reply, I should of mentioned we have a child. I sure I read that if you have a child you cant have an IEC visa.
