That's interesting as the application was for a 3 year year visa. I will put the 2018 date from the I-94 just to be safe.

Also the stamp on the I-129S has a date in 2019 as my validity date however the "admitted until date" on the online I-94 gives a 2018 date. The expiration date in my passport is 2021. Bit confused...
