Default Good sites for all-inclusive trip to Mexico

Hello

I'm looking to take a trip to Mexico next month, just by myself. I realize that it's hurricane season but hoping just to chance it. Really just looking for 4 days to lie on the beach and do some sightseeing perhaps.

I've looked at Puerto Vallerta, Cabo and Playa Del Carmen so far. I've found it to be cheaper if I book it as a package deal, flight plus hotel. Budget around $900 and flying from Dallas. Cabo seems pricey so will likely rule that out.

Found a site called cheapcarribean.com, does anyone have any other good site recommendations?

Any recommendations at all on location, hotel etc. would be appreciated.

Thanks

Been twice to Puerto Vallarta and loved it, lots to do and see. Ride the public bus cost 10 cents and I never had a problem. ( not at night!) Pretty safe, i went to El Centro shopping without my husband, got the bus back to the hotel, no problem. Just use you common sense and don't drink too much!!

I adopted this rule of thumb about forty years ago and I'd heartily recommend it

I spent 2 weeks at an all inclusive resort in Mexico in Riviera Maya with my family in June this year. We went to Iberostar Paraiso Beach Resort I thought it was great.
