to be precise, a minor CAN consent to surgery in Canada. there is no legal age of consent here. Rather, the phraseology used is of being able to prove that the individual can give informed consent...

Definitely not.

In any case (in BC, anyway) circumcision for non-medical (i.e. cultural, cosmetic or religious) reasons is not covered under MSP, and therefore carries a fee payable by the parents.

I paid $3000 for cover for a new 2500 GMC Sierra (big truck to those note in Canada yet). Had a minor to do with the ice soon after arriving, and the premium this year went up to $4700. Not cheap :(

Personally, I don't think it is necessary to use a relocator, they charge a lot of money for stuff that can be sorted out by yourself or on the internet. IMHO though.... :)
