Thanks for that I agree with everything you have said, the beaches up north aren't nice and the ones close to me are on the irish sea which is murky and horrible. The beaches down south are nice but...

Yes I have. Why? Never been when thinking of moving there that's why I'm going next year to view it as a home rather than a holiday destination.

My friends love it there and can't speak highly enough of it, we seen the houses and early research says between 700-900k what we could afford but seen plenty stunning house around the 5-600k mark...
