It doesn't need to be in the US in order to be allowed to move there. Take a look at this company: - they are an internet company and moved from Amsterdam to US, and no they didn't need to be there....

Moving my internet company to the US

My end goal is to move my internet to company to the US. My clientele are located in the UK and USA, however no face to face interaction is needed - everything is done online. Currently it is just me...

OPT Extension

Is it true that the the optional practical training (OPT) is being extended for undergrad students to 3 years, and 6 years for post grad students?

I believe I scored 369

I have a foundation degree and a 3 year degree, so does that give me 150 points in 'Level of Education'?

I would only have 2 or 3 people working in the customer service though and they will also be doing other things

Well 90% of my users are from America, and I am thinking of setting up customer service so they will want people who speak English with an American accent for that.

Do I have to provide employment for 10 people though? I know of a guy who invested $100k in setting up his own Law office and that was enough to get him a visa?
