Go for a cheap plan you are fit, healthy and most plans will cover you for a calamity. For small things just pay out of pocket at an urgent care centre or similar thing

You'll find most things more expensive than the UK, groceries etc Only thing that is cheaper is petrol and cars a bit but you drive so much more everywhere and the cars lot less fuel efficient that...

Was talking in general like he does. If his principles were applied then it would be unlikely that anyone could legally immigrate to the US. If the immigration rules are designed to keep non citizens...

Well given that around 1.2 million folk legally migrate to the US every year would it be wrong to suggest that your narrowly defined exceptions need to be rewritten as clearly they are not working...

Well if you happen to be an MD or physician you are going to meet that criteria as you will have trained for 3 years in the US so that is why they seems the ones that can become instant citizens...
