Talking Visa last week - got job this week

Hi Guys,

We got Perm visa for hubby granted last week & today he found out he got job transfer to Sydney - starts first Mon in Jan.
Looks like we will be having an Aussie Xmas this year.....am so...

Hi All,

We were woken this morning by Postman at 7.15am with that wonderful sight of a special delivery envelope containing hubbys passport with a PERM visa in it.
We are so relieved. Good luck...

As for Stat Decs - we used the one that i have attached & just got it signed & witnessed by a Solicitor (i found it on this site)
Secondly - timeframes??? ...

To apply for Spouse migration i do not think there is a time frame. As oppossed to DeFacto - where you have to prove at least 1 yr of living together.
Either way - you still do have to...

Hi Crazy ABout Oz - it is actually on immi.gov.au web under Partner migration/Spouse - it has a section called asssociated forms.
I have tried to attach it here - but file was too large...

could be true...my hubby works for an american IT company - with an office in Sydney & they had a job advertised there for 2 months, with a few takers, but ended up interviewing hubby over the phone...

Hubby is in IT - so we found this on a recruitment company website.
You can maybe do a search on recruitment companies in your field/trade & i am sure they would have the same sort of...

Hi Darren,

They are stationary..... go down to your local Newsagents or Tesco etc & you will find them in the stationary dept - Tabs are like an A4 sheet with an extra 'Tab' on the side that juts...

woooo hoooo - we have acknowledgment & case officer assigned. Request for more info & they will grant permanent visa straight up rather than temp!!! wooo hoooo Just have to prove we were together in...
