I've used Money Corp in the past for transferring from UK to Canada- no issue and it was safe. The transaction itself is only free because they make their money out of the rate. So best to shop...

Thanks SchnookoLoly, I'll probably go with Knightsbridge, I just checked their website plus its been mentioned in this thread as well. It's going to cost an arm and a leg but it is what it is. :-)

Update: called call centre (opens at 8am EST) and I called them at 8.02am, and went through several recorded messages before i got 'we are experiencing a high volume of calls please try again later'...
