I'm almost there !
Hi

I got my change of Visa office, from Ottawa to Paris. Here is how it went :

13/10 : PPR from Ottawa
14/10 : Mail to CPC-CTD Ottawa saying that I'm in Paris, France...

Passport request ! Received this morning via e-mail... Oh yeah ! :thumbup:

They ask for passport copy and two pictures, and only include instructions for people inside Canada or US. I'm in France...

Hi,

The job title itself doens't matter. What matters are the job duties and task performed, as listed in the NOC description. It can be one of the two you listed, or it can actually be another...

So, I got a CIC email a couple of hours ago. My status has been updated, the "a background check is needed" line went from "not started yet" to "In progress".

I see some of you talking about ECAS... What is it exactly ? Are you supposed to receive a login or do you have to create one yourself using your EE number ?

Well I'm not sure... What I see is "Applications for PR through Express Entry as of July 6" : 7 528. (following 12 017 invitations). of which, only 655 were approved.
