i thought in order to completely graduate from high school u had to take 5 O levels score at least C and take 2 A levels and also score C to get into college or university :)

That's what blocks a lot of immigrants from getting a job in the US. Those kinda people think getting a degree from another country isn't equivalent to US standards.
