Thanks Fozzy. We are going to apply for AOS immediately - to avoid catastrophes. I was told in the 'marriage visa' forum that this was possible, and would not affect his L1 with his job.

I'm getting excited. This seems too good to be true. We don't think his work will pay for ANY expenses, including paying for the visa so trying to find a fee for completing from Blanket to L1....
