It was 2011 when I last obtained a pension statement, from HMRC. Then, I was told I had the required 30 years contributions - entitling me to a full state pension.

Like Meinkl, I haven’t got 35...

When I arrived here some years ago, getting a personnummer depended on things like a job offer/working here, or living with a Swedish national (as a Sambo). More info here....
