But the cap that you are all talking about..is that for all family class PR applications?

So they only allow a certain number of applicants...

Yes you can do that as I did it when i needed police certs for my IEC permits. Sent from canada and got it sent to my mums in Scotland.

I am unsure whether I am getting the stat declaration done as it is technically not requested for my type of sponsorship, I know a lot of peeps have put it...

Thanks Jon.. I asked him last night and he's really not sure.

And because he hasn't had a T4 from them yet..only started his role in April 2014..i cant check that.

Sorry i meant to say if you have a co-signer, not representative. And that co-signer is your common law partner.

That's when it says to include the stat declaration of common law.
