Last trip to Vancouver from Toronto I flew AC on a 777-300ER with prem economy; I believe it was an aircraft that was repositioning. Nothing wrong with smaller aircraft, just personal preference.

Not quite. The Toronto departure offers 1 stop (same plane) and an inclusive price without a connector cost.

I already think the Transat flight from YYZ-GLA is very competitive. Larger plane too....
