Hello Raghu, I just want to know that at the time of submission of your application maybe last year sometimes did you submit your w2, paystub and job letter.
For most cases they don't ask for that...

I would say that your current situation reflects a positive impact on your case. As you have all the reasons now to actually move to Canada and not use Canadian PR as a backup.

You should expect initial assessment within 30-40 days.
My brother has almost the same timeline , applied in Sept. and got his AOR in 29th Nov. He is still waiting.
