Dear all,
I applied under skilled category to Buffalo center in the first week of September, 2001. I got AOR at the end of November, 2001. So, when would I expect the results of initial assessment ?

You should expect initial assessment within 30-40 days.
My brother has almost the same timeline , applied in Sept. and got his AOR in 29th Nov. He is still waiting.
