We are selling a property next week.
Buyer uses a different Philippines bank to my Philippnies bank and he will pay using a Manager's Check.

I had issues with LBC, they are very fussy about what they ship and always want to look at all the documents you are sending.
Once they opened my papers and started reading them out loud...

Thanks to you both.

When booking an appointment online, it asks senior citizens (over 60) to select the reason for the visit as "Senior Citizen" - grouped with PWD and Pregnant women.

Sent by Fed Ex from Cavite to Liverpool on 28 May 2021
Docs arrived Liverpool 2 June 2021
New passport arrived Cavite 23 June 2021
Total time just under 4 weeks.

Yes I kind of getting that impression.

Mind you with our marriage certificate when we got "version 1" it had errors, my wife has no gender and a place of birth was entered incorrectly.
