I stay temporarily in Singapore and I am from Japan. That kind of situation is unheard of in Singapore and rare in Japan. I am half british, half japanese.

Singapore is very near to Indonesia....

But I read somewhere that kids as young as 10 years old can be easily found in the park sniffing glue.

And kids drinks at very young age. Any comment on this? Is it true?
