Thanks for the reply,
We have thought about this as well. If one of us work, then we looking at about Â£1000. Which is not at all enough for rent,council tax, travelling, bills and child expenses.....

Yea she is British and I have only gone through my first spouse visa extension of 2.5 years . Next extension is in 2016 and then indefinate in 2019

Thanks for your detailed reply. I just stayed in Philippines for 3 months and got my wedding done in the church... Had to go through many docs so I know how things work under the table lol ......

I will be staying on a spouse visa with a legal alien card which allows me to drive, open bank Acc. Etc and work as well so why should it not allow me to do...
