Its fully electronic but even with that it seems like it can take up to 10 days to process. Ridiculous given what its supposed to be used for. Either way, worry I could have been...

I don't have that time. I found out on Friday morning and travel tomorrow. Can I just re-enter as a visitor using my British passport if I only travel using that?

Yeah its ridiculous really. Mines not that bad but regardless its forcing a lot of people to have to do PR renewals which of course is a slow process too so it makes it tough to know what to do.
