Can anyone inform me about the community fees to be paid in the Lomas de Esuri residence? Does the fee depend on the surface of the house/land or is it the same for all owners?

We were really interested in buyi g one of the houses last June. The real estate agent had these houses on his website at 189.000€. When visiting the houses, we were told by the agent that Ibercaja...
