There's some small streak of silver lining.....my application has been traced in their system......its still in process....the Service Canada agent thought it might be expedited...dont know wat tat...

I guess I have the worst of luck and the slackiest of employers.....my HR had re-filed for my LMIA the 2nd time on June 28th and went away on a 3 week vacation...and despite my best efforts didnt...

Tats just sad....I wonder wat the waiting time is in Newfoundland...Last time too they said the same...tat it will take a minimum of 8 weeks..but got the decision in 6 weeks last time.....hey btw wud...

If u c the PR application form, u'll c there's an option where u have to write the LMO number.

I have the employment offer.....the cic website says arranged employment means an offer letter plus LMO plus work permit...I am really confused on this part...

Actually I had called up Service Canada when my LMO was rejected the first time..they said if the employer asks for expediting the LMO they'll give a decision within 3 weeks the 2nd time around. This...

Mine took 6 weeks too first time....I really hope it is faster this time....it seems the new rule s say 10 business days for high skilled jobs.

Hi.......my LMO was resubmitted on 27th June, 4 weeks after it was rejected....the ads are still out...for post of Occupational Therapist in Newfoundland....can any1 say how long the decision will...

I know...i think instead of rejecting it so many times ......they shd just stop this LMO process and do away with the Temporary worker permit too.......its s way of mentally torturing foreign...

I had just called Service Canada to ask the exact time it would take if the employer requests for expediting on re-application. They said if the employer requests for faster processing, they will...

I've been trying to contact my employers...she has always been slow in responding...the advertisement for the said position has been on since nov 2013 and was taken out for some time after the LMO...
