Schooldigger.com has much more useful data than GreatSchools. As another member added their rating system isn't exactly 100% indicative. Always look at the school district and their performance also.

Try Gary Engler (Gary Engler CPA Income Taxes for Foreign Nationals (http://www.englercpa.com)) in Santa Monica. He's very familiar with expats, visa, offshore tax etc. etc.

I used him last year...

Check out Advancial - as a credit union their criteria is a lot more flexible than WF under the relocation framework.
