I got a letter from Immigration. USCIS.
case type I130: Petition for relative, fiance or orgphan. Since im married, its petition for spouse? The approval type says: Husband or wife of US citizen,...

They said, If I can proof that it was their error, I dont have to pay for nothing again.

I waited 6 years to be with my wife, ;)

3 months to get my ead, now i got it, they had my date of birth wrong,, belive its 2 more months to get it corrected....

Its still a world 'more or...

oh damm...thats too long..i anyway applied for social.....tru my ead with incorrect date of birth, and its currently pending, i should get my social next week....after than..i think i can than figure...

Does anyone know the procedure to correct my date of birth on the EAD card which they have got wrong?

Hopefully they wont cancell card and have to apply for another one....... grrr

I didnt know, once i got my ead, next day applied for social......all went ok, i was given a reciept, n said be ok within 2...
