I received my EAD in March (after waiting for 4 months) but they've got my picture wrong so I have to return it and it took 2 more months before they sent the corrected one.

I would take a copy or two of it before you return it.
Maybe an employer will take the copy if you explain that you had to send it back to get a typo rectified.

Get a job first, and while working there, send this EAD and do
corerction. Do nto send this one and use copy to get a job. Who will
accept the xerox copy? May eb notarizec opy would work but still if I
were you, I would get the job first and correct later.

Wonder how can it be fraud? Unless I made the card myself, Do you think I should point it out to my employer the wrong dob? And my intentions to send it soon as I started working?
thank you.

Ahhh I am familar with that. You see on ther night of november 1'st I took my then girlfriend out on date in Aruba. I knew her birthday was the 14'th of November and we wouldn't be able to celebrate together.
Anyway, I was joking with her and asked her what she got me for my birtday for the next day. This kept on for the most of the night and then I confessed that my birthday wasn't the next day.
She now wanted proof so I decided to end the charade and showed her my drivers license. The date of birth was 2/11/57. Which is of course Feb 11, Not Nov. 2. I now get two birthdays every year...lol.
Sorry for your error. I'd keep a copy and apply for a job anyway. Disclosing everything upfront to my potential employer of course.
Good Luck.
