As someone who moved from the UK on Temp Visa eventually to Permanent Residency Visa in Australia, then to Canada with a temp work visa, to Philippines to now in the UK (waiting to come to NZ next...

Hopefully plenty of organic food shops or the ability to eat 'fresh'; not so interested in supermarkets, sometimes a necessary evil bit try to stay away from them where possible.

Yes haggis88 - same as Perth, low availability in the rental market, high demand, this is my main worry tbh, hoping to get lucky, more than likely as we did here 4 years ago have to pay a little bit...
