We actually applied for the Visa in Aug 2012 but went for a month in Jan 2013.

so if we have already used one month of that visa, when we go back can we us 3 months or 2 months.

Ok no problem. So if i decide to take it over to Oz then i will have to pay the Duty.
Even though i paid £11000 GBP for it and have the sales receipt to prove that, Does it still have to get valued...

Yes that is a possibility, there is a friend we know that could put it in there garage for that time.
If a person is working in Australia on Sponsorship are they allow to import there car?

We was looking at Australia at first as a couple of people said it was too difficult to get into NZ so we did not try.

I know when applying for a skilled migrant visa to Australia the maximum age to get any points is 45.

But is that the same to New Zealand?

Me 41 and my partner 45 both only got to 55...

here is my points breakdown:

age: 15 points
IELTS: 20 ponits
Qualifications: 10 Points
Work Experience: 0 Ponits
Designated Area Sponsorship: 10 Points

Total: 55 Points.

Update. Yes it is a Visa 189 that they offered us (Skilled Independant for permanent residency)

We was also offer Visa 489 (Designated Area)

I must of misread it. Age 50 must me the limit...
