First pic is the paint bubbling up off the wall, 2nd pic you can see the paint broken and mould is growing behind. 3rd pic is white fluffy growing out of concrete. its grotty as this is on arrival...

Hi Rosemary, I have tried the anti mould paint but it seems to get underneath. The wall is a very thick wall on the inside not an exterior wall and it appears shoulder height and nowhere else apart...
