Recently we have applied and received PR visa ( class 189) and following cost were for 2 adults and 2 kids under 5 year old.

Agent fees 2650.00
Visa fees 4000.00
IELTS 600.00
Medical 700.00...

Bermudashorts - you got it wrong or may be I didn't explain properly. What I meant, rather then paying 37% tax on rental income it will make more sense to sell the property and buy in the Australia....

Hello,

Is anyone aware of any dis-advantage of selecting 189 and 190, both in the EOI.

I have been told that Victoria wont be keen to such applicants who also select 189 in the EOI.

Excluding maternity leave period, I hit 60 points which attracts long wait unfortunately which I am not keen on.

Agent didn't give definite answer but by sound of her voice, she was not sure.
