COPR finally arrived last Friday. So all in all this process has taken 1 week shy of 11 months - right on the stated time on the CIC website.
For information it took 6-7 weeks between Decision...

Woohoo - just checked ECAS and my status has changed to "in process". It says it has been in process since 7th August.
