I could understand why he would say the paperwork might bog you down, this is true of most things in Italy. Why it would cost you anymore however I am not so sure.

I have to admit I really don't understand wanting British TV over here.

There are Italian versions of most British programmes and to be honest I found it has helped me learning the language a lot....

Truly stunning Island in all honesty. Difficult to live here if you are looking for work however. I don't really think much of the big cities but the small towns have their own little curiousities...
