We just arrived here yesterday, so too early for any pointers I guess. Good luck with your fellowship. Most people on british expats have been extremely helpful and gave really good advise.

Thanks Siouxie. Had a quick look at duinsure. They seem cheaper, will compare with Pacific Blue Cross and decide.

Thanks withabix. Mostly decided on Pacific Blue Cross. But may buy it before we fly if possible, as we will have one less thing to do when we arrive.

Thanks Dorftrottel. Good to know you had a positive experience when you had to make a claim. So will go for Pacific Blue Cross and will buy it online before we leave UK for our peace of mind.

More than being good with a townhome, I think that is what we can afford and yeah we live in a townhouse here, so used to it.

Thanks Lychee. The property we are considering is on W 5th avenue (not Yew street). It is on W 5th Avenue between Yew and Vine street. Hope its not the worst part of Kits.
